Some days I walk back up the driveway extra slow, and linger as I sift through the junk mail / bills / and cards full of box tops (thank you Grandma Lyle!).
Those days...this is what I find when I arrive at the front door.
{I'll miss being missed one day.}

Awe. They are adorable. It does feel nice to be loved and missed.
Note to self: Must teach Blake how to lock the front door. And then laugh at you. An then make you dance before he unlocks it.
They are so cute!! I just love those guys. One of these days you will be the one at the door anxiously awaiting their return. Enjoy these days when they miss you when you just go out for the mail. Time is fleeting! I love you and I always look forward to my time with all of you!!!

I know exactly how you feel!
Lately I look sooo forward to ringing your doorbell, because those two munchkins seem to always expect it's GrandDad at the door, and race to greet me. However, it must be a sad moment at the Lyle house when it's not yours truly ready to play with only them. I love coming to the Lyle house to push their doorbell as much (or more) than they like ringing the bell @ MiMi & GrandDad's house!
